When I work with clients, I take a holistic approach, considering each person’s lifestyle, stressors, and motivators. Health improvement can feel overwhelming, especially when unsure where to start.
Lifestyle habits, daily activities, work routines, movement patterns, and dietary choices all impact well-being. Stressors—whether emotional or physical—can shape our health, while our values motive us and keep us inspired.
Using Pilates, massage, nutrition and coaching as tools, I guide clients as they clarify their vision and goals. Together, we create a personalized plan that honors your unique path to optimal wellness.
What makes Pilates unique?
Pilates is unique in that almost anyone can do it. You don’t need a special set of skills prior to starting. It can be tailored to the most competitive and athletic person or to an 80 year old who just wants to keep moving. I’ve trained both. Pilates’ focus of alignment is second to none and it’s philosophy of mind body connection and breath make it an overall well rounded workout. You don’t need to supplement with other trainings....unless you want to! There are over thousands of exercises you can do on the mat and the specialized equipment. It’s fun, challenging and you will feel invigorated afterwards not exhausted. Virtual training sessions also available.
Pilates is a great way to move that is intentional and focused. It has stood the test of time and proven to be a lifestyle movement form that is long lasting.
What are the Health Benefits of Massage?
There are so many different forms of bodywork out there but mine is unique in that I use my movement background from 20+ years of Pilates training. I take into consideration all of the above mentioned unique aspects of client’s lives as the focus for all my massages. Massage is a profound tool to use in whole body health because it helps to create a sense of well being and provides support for the parasympathetic nervous system to create healing both physically and mentally. Getting regular body work can make a world of difference in how you move, how you feel and how you recover.
I offer one hour and hour and a half massages.

Pilates Sports Center teacher training is one of the most comprehensive trainings in the industry. Pilates is a great supplement to those already in health and wellness careers or others who are looking to have a healthy career and lifestyle. Get a hands on approach in a small group setting, learn basic anatomy, biomechanics and the philosophy and history of Pilates plus much more.
What is Functional Medicine Health Coaching?
Health Coaching offers personalized guidance in modifying lifestyle behaviors to enhance overall health and wellness. Lifestyle factors such as nutrition, diet, sleep, stress management, and exercise serve as the foundation for optimal well-being. Through coaching, we collaborate to instill lasting behavioral changes tailored to your individual needs and challenges.
Functional Medicine looks at root cause disease and focuses on the whole person for creating optimal wellness and fostering lasting lifestyle changes. I offer one on one coaching and Group programs.
